Johnson's Three Laws of Procrastination
1. A human being who is doing nothing will continue to do nothing until acted upon by an outside force .
2. A human being doing nothing will continue to do nothing unless the outside force exceeds the predisposition of the human being to wait until the last possible minute.
3. A human being doing nothing, when acted upon by an outside force which exceeds his or her predisposition to wait until the last possible minute, will react, but unlike scientific laws, human reaction is most often not equal, opposite, or rational.
